Moon Yoga Monday night • 6:30-7:30pm

Rise & Shine Yoga Tuesday and Thursday mornings • 6-7am

Pilates Mat Tuesday and Thursday mornings • 7:10-8:10am

Restorative Yoga Wednesday night • 6:30-7:30pm

Every sixth week is a week off from practice. The third Saturday of each month, Rae hosts a three-hour workshop from 1-4pm. Workshops are an opportunity to break down certain concepts, postures, or themes.

This fitness class is taught by Bekah Vander Stelt. Starting dance at a young age led to Bekah’s interest in “barre.” Barre tones, strengthens, increases flexibility and core strength, and builds long, lean muscles. It is a total body workout but is easy on the joints.

Free introductory classes on Monday and Wednesday, March 23 and 25, at 5:15pm.
Regular classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15pm, beginning March 31.
Cost is $60 for six weeks of Barre classes
Note: this is a 6-week series, with the sixth week being a “rest” week and participants can choose from one of the fitness classes at Aspire that week instead.

Yoga Class Descriptions

Rise & Shine Yoga
An ideal start to the day with it’s warming and invigorating nature; the Sun Salutes build strength, endurance and mental focus. All Levels welcome, yet expect a bit of a challenge.

Pilates Mat (pronounced Pi-LAH-teez) is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening of the core postural muscles and is a wonderful complement to your yoga practice. Appropriate for everyone.

Moon Yoga
This class focuses on standing and seated poses that release the hips and legs while stabilizing the side body through a series of lateral movements. Nice option for anyone interested in a bit slower-paced class.

Restorative Yoga
A gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body and deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation.
